Over the course of one month, we have 5 scheduled 1:1 zoom calls… AND you also have my cell, text, and e-mail. YEP, you have my cell for text, calls, or email when you need it in between our scheduled sessions. (within reason… ok, don’t hit me up at 2:00 in the morning… there are a few ground rules).

It’s intense and in depth and geared to get real results and deal with real change.

Each session will be recorded and sent to you for replay.

Upon confirmation you’ll receive a calendar link via txt and email to schedule your call.
