My son said this is our family’s love language

Wrapping up a special few days that put an exclamation point on perspective

These are my children | my family | my people | my loves | these are my big rocks

What you can’t get from pictures is the nature of their hearts, their minds, their intelligence, their fire, their directness, their passion, and their humor!

The other day Tyler said something incredibly accurate... “Our family’s love language is humor... even when we fight it ends with a smile and a laugh!”

Not a bad way to be.

To be with me, near me, personally, professionally, on the periphery, to be a part of my life or simply be in my orbit... is to know, understand, and be part of this... just as it is. We keep it real!

... and you know what? It’s all pretty damned amazing!

... plus they aren’t horrible to look at, so there’s that!

And that folks, is the good stuff... YOUR people. These are mine and they are my biggest of rocks.

Here is to you finding and loving your people, your big rocks.... however it looks, however you define it and however it takes shape for you.
