I help “grown-a**” adults navigate the big changes & shifts that hit us all in midlife & beyond.
It doesn’t matter what your background, location, financial situation, education, or profession is… we are all going through personal, professional, health, and life changes by the time we reach our 40s, 50s, and beyond.
Maybe it’s your finances, career, marriage or relationships, retirement, children, health, caring for aging parents, menopause, happiness, loneliness, friendships, your mindset, aging, or simply figuring out what’s next and how to make the best of the rest of your life.
When you’re younger you don’t think about these things, or your perspective is very different. But who you are at 47 or 57 is a dramatically different human than you were at 27. There is no manual for how to navigate life events, transitions, ups and downs, reinvention, introspection, and uncharted territory at this stage of life.
YOU aren’t alone! I’ve been there… so have a lot of people.
Let’s do this together.
I wrote the first business book for Gen X
I’m Bradley Richardson. WAY back in the ‘90s, (When I was in my twenties and had hair) I wrote the very first business book for Generation X. It was called JobSmarts for TwentySomethings. It became a legit best-seller and was revolutionary at the time when we were being labeled as “slackers” and grunge and flannel were popular and we were just getting our adult lives underway.
NOW my 50s life, the world, and what’s important to me look very different.
And I’m not alone.
Since then I’ve had 5 books published around the world about careers, parenthood, reinvention, and more, I’ve raised three grown kids, had a divorce, lost a parent, had a successful career in executive search and coaching, and MANY life changes along the way…
Now I help hundreds of thousands of men and women around the world each month navigate the changes and challenges we deal with at this stage of life.
Through social media, content, and more… I reach over 300,000 people aged 45-65+ each month where I share, relate, educate, and help them successfully navigate the common issues we all deal with in midlife and beyond.
I also partner and collaborate with leading brands and companies with whom I am aligned to connect them with this powerful audience through sponsorships, dedicated content, speaking, and more.
As a lifelong connector, I use my experience and extensive 30-year network of some of the top authors, and experts in the world in their respective fields to educate, inform, create awareness, and connect people to ideas, resources, services, tools, and people that can help them at the stage they are in now AND for the rest of their lives.
