DEDICATED POSTS 2 monthly dedicated post (Short form Video Reel | Short or Static post) Paid Partnership post specifically promoting A Place for Mom (includes CTA, tags, and links).
THEMATIC POSTS 2 thematic or topical | solution-related posts per month (Short Form Video or Static) These posts are intended to create awareness or stir conversation around the issue. Includes mention, tag, CTA, link or promo for a lead magnet or upcoming event.
LEAD MAGNETS | GIVEAWAYS 1 lead magnet per month through dedicated posts & initiatives that are intended to gather leads, names & info in exchange for a topical video, pdf, list, e-book, etc. (ie. Three things you need to know about choosing a facility for your parents, etc)
This puts the user into an easy funnel to convert or assess where they are in the process. (We can work to develop specific giveaways) This method has been very successful and can be used through links or via “many chat” ie.. comment the word “parent” and get our xyz… “

These posts, activities, and promos described above will be posted on the 4 major social media platforms. (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook)
MEETUPS | WEBINARS | LIVES
MEETUPS | WEBINAR | Title Sponsor for 1 LIVE meet-up / webinar per month via zoom or another webinar platform. These are FREE to the public but they must sign up to attend and receive info. (Each meetup will be either thematic, teaching or creating awareness on a topic, Q&A or AMA, or guest specialists) Sessions will be recorded to be made available as replays or on-demand AND edited into smaller useful social media pieces.
These FREE meetups will be promoted heavily in advance. I’ve found that an instant CTA or sign-up offer during the meetup with a follow-up email sequence works very well to convert attendees to clients.
SOCIAL MEDIA LIVES 2 Social Media LIVES per mo (Lives can focus on topics, interview w guests or Q&A) Lives will be recorded & replays will be posted across all social media platforms with info & cta | mentioned in the caption.

Sponsor Advanced Adulting Podcast | Video Podcast on YouTube. Launching week of Nov. 11th. Show is 30-60 min guest and conversation-driven variety show covering a variety of Advanced Adulting topics facing the 45+ (Midlife | Sandwich Generation)
You will be a main sponsor of the podcast during the term of the agreement and will receive a Pre or Middle show read or pre-recorded ad per episode in addition to mention | CTA | Links in the show notes. You will have category exclusivity
You will have the opportunity for 2 guest appearances or dedicated episodes during the 90 day term of the agreement.
You will also be listed and mentioned as a sponsor in all PRE-LAUNCH activities leading up to the launch in November and during the November launch month.
Note… audio versions of the youtube show (including sponsor reads and copy) will be uploaded to various audio platforms (apple, spotify) in month 2.. You will receive all benefits in audio form as you do through the video versions, but initially, the focus is on YouTube as a main vehicle and platform through the launch.
Long Form Video
4 Sponsored Videos. In addition to the PODCAST | YOUTUBE SHOW, there are weekly long-form videos. Long-form is considered 4-20 minutes. (longer than a simple Reel) on YouTube on various Advanced Adulting topics. You will be a “sponsor” on 4 individual long-form videos per month. This includes sponsor reads in the video along with CTA and info in notes | description. Note these long-form videos may be on a variety of Advanced Adulting subjects not necessarily elder care.
Video Series.
2 Sponsored Video Series. Part of the long-form video includes the occasional series. (A multi-video series on a particular topic related to a topic). Over the initial 3-month term of the agreement, you’ll be the sponsor of 2 dedicated series (2-4 videos per series) on a dedicated topic related to aging parents. A Place for Mom will be listed as sponsor of the series with CTA and read or record in the middle of these videos. These will be posted and you can use them internally.

A monthly content calendar will be presented at the beginning of each month outlining what we will cover or any new features you wish to promote.

I’m Bradley Richardson. WAY back in the ‘90s, (When I was in my twenties and had hair) I wrote the very first business book for Generation X. It was called JobSmarts for TwentySomethings.
