REflection Questions. Let’s Get Started!
ReFLECTIONS…
I’m a giant fan of questions.
Ones that are asked of us AND ones we ask of ourselves.
They don’t have to be questions that always require a black and white, yes or no, or binary answer.
The BEST ones are those that make us think and Reflect.
The answers sometimes morph and change over time… after they set and marinate in our brain.
Some say that the quality of your life depends on the quality of your questions… AND questions are an important aspect of the “homework” on this journey.
Some of the homework or exercises will follow a particular lesson or video... AND some (alike this) will simply be important questions.
I wanted to originally call them BBQ for Bradley’s Big Questions 😉… (and because I like BBQ … almost as much as tacos)… but the more accurate description in this context would be REFLECTIONS
Reflections are the private moments where the biggest change occurs.
As for the answers or outcomes… some of them are solely 100% for YOU. Chronicle it in your journal, phone, etc.
Some you may feel comfortable sharing or telling out loud. You can do that in the Facebook Group if you’re comfortable… but not required.
AND SOME answers to the questions… are for you…
SOME I also that you share with ME directly.
There aren’t many of those… BUT they are intended to get you thinking, AND help me understand what you need, expect, want… and HOW I can best serve you or help navigate this journey.
You can share your answers by replying to this email or privately with a direct message in Facebook or Voxer. AND OF COURSE, if you’re comfortable, you can respond to the REFLECTIONS post in the Facebook Group. your answers will also help me understand your WHY and how I can best help you.
So moving forward, when you see something labled Reflections, realize it’s an important exercise.
Reflection Questions
These initial questions are important for YOU to have clarity on…before we dive into any other mindset shifts or how to lessons.
TAKE YOUR TIME… and be brutally honest with yourself.
Don’t feel like you have to have them answered before office hours… in fact I encourage you to marinate on them… return to them. Your answers may come quickly OR change with a few days of reflection… BUT mark my words, THESE questions and the answers YOU discover will set a solid foundation for making REAL change and progress that you have not experienced before.
Q. Why are you here? Why NOW?
Q. What made you "pull the trigger" and take action and join THIS in particular?
Q. What would you consider to be a success or progress at the end of this program?
Q. What is the OUTCOME or a REsult you're looking for?

Q. What do you need to eliminate or cut out so you can take action?
Q. What needs to happen to give yourself PERMISSION to take action?
Q. What do YOU need to do, learn, achieve so you can take action?
Q. What beliefs, behaviors, or patterns do you need to let go of?
Q. Where do the wheels fly off when you've tried to take action previously?
Q. What beliefs or behaviors do you need to adopt?
