

Let’s get started!!!! I’m a giant fan of questions. Ones that are asked of us AND ones we ask of ourselves. The BEST ones are those that make us think and Reflect.
At midlife we realize that we have fewer summer ahead of us than behind us. Making real change begins with the mindset that we have the CHOICE to make the best of the rest of our time and that CHOOSING ourselves is a good thing.
If you want to win the lotto… you have to buy a ticket. Nothing happens without ACTION.
Energy… (vibration, mindset, attitude)…. it doesn’t matter how hard you try if you don’t have this aligned it doesn’t matter how hard you TRY.
There is a saying that goes, “The main thing… is the main thing.” You can’t fix everything at once. It takes prioritizing.
Have you ever seen a chameleon? But that's not what they're known for. The main thing they're known for is their ability to change color. They protect themselves by changing their skin color to match and blend in to their surroundings.
How long do YOU want to live? Really. When do you think you’ll check out? What if you had more time than you thought? What would you do with it?
Here's the thing about boots. They're beautiful and shiny when you first get them. However over time they can become scuffed, covered in dust, dirt, and mud.
You're a liar. Yes, YOU. I know that sounds harsh. I’m not trying to be mean. But you've been lying to yourself... probably for a long time now.
Everyone’s focused on creating the masterpiece... but they neglect what it takes to make it. It sounds so romantic to say, “I want my life to resemble a masterpiece.”
I hate this shirt. Actually I hate this saying, “Hero to Rent.” All of us want to be the “hero or heroine” to someone for something. We fight, try, sacrafice. Whether is it for a family member, a loved one, a relationship, a company. WE GIVE… because we are a hero, there to save the day.
